Exploring is a career interest program for young men and young women age14-20. Exploring programs are delivered through volunteer adult leaders and partnerships with businesses and organizations.

Each specific career interest program chartered by an orgainzation or business and led by an adult volunteer is called a post. Posts range in topics, size, meeting times, and activities corresponding to the type of post and who charters it.

• Adults: Assist youth in discovering a variety of challenging and exciting careers
• Schools: The Learning for Life program is built to support schools and educators with the education of youth in America
• Organizations: Your business or organization can sponsor Exploring by hosting a career post
